We provide several processing options so that your company can service its customers paying from their US bank accounts.

ACH - Electronic Transaction

Because electronic transactions are usually deducted from available funds before paper based, we always recommend business owners offer this processing option first.

Keep in mind, however, that EFT rules determine how different transactions must be processed.

For example, below are some unique EFT types that have specific requirements:

PPD - account holder authorizes, in writing, one-time or periodic debits

POS - check writer signs at register ; merchant scans, returns check to writer and converts to EFT

ARC - consumer-only check is sent via mail; merchant scans, shreds check and converts to EFT

TEL - check info and authorization provided by telephone; voice recording is audited by Atlantic

WEB - check info and validation information provided via web form - authentication is required

Electronic Transaction

With your customer's signed authorization, we can process one-time or monthly EFT debits to their Canadian bank account.  Payments are processed in Canadian dollar so there is no currency conversion impact to your customers.
