Credit Requirements

1) Two (2) years time in business (sole proprietorship change to corporate filing with same ownership is acceptable )

    Five (5) years time in business for requests of $75,000 or more

2) Satisfactory business credit report; no negative (suits, judgments or liens) and no bankruptcy within 10 years

3) Satisfactory personal credit history; no bankruptcy within 10 years

4) Business or personal borrowing history at amount comparable (75%) to this request
